My personal favorites are the English and Japanese way of waying it. French will be romantic too, just that I will need someone to teach me to pronounce it. More importantly is in the action. I always believe in taking action to show love and care. Probably I had inherited that from my late father; he had always shown his love and care for people around him through his actions. However, I believe in speaking it too, in letting our loved ones know that we love them.
